This hotel is just about a mile from Colonial Williamsburg, making it super convenient for weekend strolls through the historic area, and there are plenty of nice dining options, like Bistro 515 and Cracker Barrel, all within a short drive or easy walk, plus the clean rooms and comfy beds really enhanced my stay, with a fridge and microwave that added extra convenience; however, the bathtub could use a bit more attention as it had a few rough repairs.

During our recent stay at Comfort Inn, we had a mixed experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the lobby was welcoming and well-maintained. Our room was clean, and the white bedding gave a fresh feel. The bathroom was spotless, but we were disappointed to find no towel bars, making it inconvenient to hang our towels. The breakfast options were decent, with a variety of choices including scrambled eggs, waffles, and fruit. some healthier options and alternative milk choices would have been appreciated. The coffee from the machine was a bit bitter, but the staff kindly allowed us to use the Keurig machine at the front desk for a better cup. The hotel room itself was in need of some repairs, with broken lamp shades and a leak in the bathroom ceiling. We also had the unfortunate experience of personal belongings being stolen from our room, causing a significant inconvenience. the room lacked the convenience of being able to stream our favorite shows on the TV. The indoor pool was a missing amenity that we would have enjoyed, especially on a rainy day. We also encountered noise disturbances from other guests, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The housekeeping staff's early morning loud knocking and lack of respect for the 'do not disturb' sign was disruptive. Although there were areas that could be improved, such as room repairs and better security measures, the overall cleanliness of the property and the friendly front desk staff were positive aspects of our stay. With some adjustments and attention to detail, Comfort Inn has the potential to provide a more enjoyable experience.

I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the Ascension Of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the reliable service and the free hot breakfast buffet, which included delicious options like eggs and waffles. Additionally, having a shopping mall onsite and access to dry cleaning/laundry services made my stay even more convenient.

Housekeeping interrupted my rest.
